OUTPUT PARAMETERS

* ``info``: Info object created (handle).
* ``ierror``: Fortran only: Error status (integer).

DESCRIPTION
-----------

:ref:`MPI_Info_create` creates a new info object. The newly created object
contains no key/value pairs.
