DESCRIPTION

:ref:`MPI_Comm_remote_group` accesses the remote group associated with an
intercommunicator.

The intercommunicator accessors (:ref:`MPI_Comm_test_inter`,
:ref:`MPI_Comm_remote_size`, MPI_Comm_remote_group) are all local operations.
